PJ1 ‘UNO’ – single stand for frequent repositioning
A compact single-leg stand with a V-head, load capacity of 450 kg, and working height range of 7″ to 33″. Its light design is suited to sites where operators carry stands between workstations or reposition them repeatedly during cutting and fit-up – including Oil & Gas tie-in work, pipeline extensions, and maintenance shutdowns across the Gulf.
PJ3 Pipe Jacks – three-leg stability with adjustable height
A three-leg square-section frame adjustable from 27″ to 48″ height, rated to 1,000 kg. The three-leg configuration maintains stability on uneven ground – a common condition at fabrication facilities and construction sites in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Legs fold flat for transport, and interchangeable heads accommodate different pipe geometries without additional tooling.
PJ4 Multi Stand – height-adjustable roller stand for large-diameter pipe
Rated to 2,000 kg with pipe capacity up to 48″, the PJ4 handles large-bore ranges found in main Oil & Gas pipelines, district cooling mains, and water transmission infrastructure. An optional wheel kit allows the loaded stand to be rolled along the work floor. At shipyard pipe shops, high capacity combined with mobility makes this a practical fit.
PJQ ‘Quattro’ – heavy-load roller stand with lockable swivel castors
At 2,500 kg load capacity and up to 36″ pipe diameter, the PJQ is the highest-rated stand in the G.B.C. range. Lockable swivel castors allow free movement when unlocked and firm positional lock during machining – important in active fabrication environments where pipe movement during cutting or beveling affects dimensional accuracy and site safety.
RPS4 Roller Stand – portable stand for bench or floor use
A portable roller stand rated to 2,000 kg for pipe up to 48″, mountable on a workbench or on the floor. Its defining feature is interchangeable wheel sets: steel for carbon steel pipe, stainless steel where contamination must be avoided, and nylon for coated or surface-sensitive materials – allowing one stand to serve across different material specifications.
Pipe Buggy – transport and handling cart for workshop logistics
A wheeled cart for moving pipe sections up to 12″ diameter and 450 kg between workstations without ground contact. A quick-release handle and ratchet strap system lifts the pipe clear with minimal operator effort. In spool fabrication workshops supplying Gulf Oil & Gas projects, the Pipe Buggy fits the material flow between machining stages without requiring crane time per piece.
